You may unsubscribe from marketing emails while keeping an active paid membership.

You cannot opt out of essential membership-delivery, billing, security or service emails while keeping an active membership. You may cancel your membership in accordance with our Terms & Membership page.

11. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We use service providers to help us operate Sixteen64 Sports.

Depending on the service you use, information may be processed by providers including:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • n8n for workflow automation
  • Airtable for operational records
  • GoDaddy for domain, email or infrastructure services

  • Meta and TikTok for advertising, retargeting and campaign measurement
  • Microsoft Clarity for website-usage analytics
  • Lovable for website or product-development services
  • The Odds API and other sports-data services for research operations

We also use tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity and Google Gemini for sports research, public-source analysis and content drafting.

We do not send subscriber names, email addresses, payment details, consent records, support-message content or identifiable analytics data to those AI research tools.

Some providers process information on our behalf. Others, including advertising and social-media platforms, may process data under their own terms and privacy policies depending on the services or integrations involved.

We may also share information:

  • Where required by law, regulation, court order or government authority
  • To protect our rights, safety, systems or users
  • With professional advisers, insurers, accountants or legal representatives where necessary
